Summary:
Set across 4.5 acres of rolling grounds, vineyard rows, and a sheltered olive grove, Oneroa Olive Estate is a peaceful retreat with generous sun, long views, and a calm sense of privacy. The home is beautifully designed for relaxed indoor–outdoor living, and its position near Oneroa makes it an ideal base for families and friends wanting space, quiet, and easy access to the beach and village.
The Space:
Oneroa Olive Estate is an architecturally designed home centred around light, openness, and connection to its expansive grounds. The main house features multiple living and dining areas, each opening to wide decks and sheltered outdoor spaces that capture sun throughout the day. Large glass sliders pull the landscape into the home, with views across the lawn, vineyard, and established plantings.
The main living area combines a spacious lounge, a long dining table, and a sleek, modern kitchen arranged for effortless entertaining. A second living space offers a quieter spot for reading or evening conversations, while the surrounding decks provide countless places to settle in with a morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset.
Three bedrooms sit within the main house, each bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. The fourth bedroom is located in a standalone cottage with its own ensuite, offering privacy for a couple or additional guests. Together, the layout creates an easy flow for families or mixed-group stays, with plenty of room for everyone to relax.
The property’s 4.5 acres include a small vineyard, olive trees, open green space, and long views across the valley. Although close to the village, the estate feels beautifully removed, with the atmosphere of a rural hideaway and the convenience of Oneroa just moments away.
