Located close to all of the shorelines of Cooks Bay all the way to Sibbald Park. The ROC and many beaches and golf courses are a short bike ride or drive away!

I just love the peace and tranquility and access to towns and beaches etc.
What makes this property unique
Located In the middle of beautiful farm and lake lands. This getaway offers breathtaking sunrises and sunsets! A few minutes by car to Lake Simcoe, Crescent Beach. For bike riding enthusiasts, access to the entire Lake Drive from Crescent Beach through Willow Beach Park, Franklin Beach Park and De La Salle Beach Park all the way though Sutton along Hedge road to the Historic Sibbald Beach Provincial Park. Enjoy Homestead Orchard nearby for apple and berry picking pumpkins and fall harvest. Local jams, honey, and home baked pies are a must! Visit the local farmers market in Sutton or Keswick on the weekends, strolling quaint neighbourhoods. Take a walking tour through a beautiful Sunflower field(s) in Belhaven just down the road, or nearby Port Bolster (dependent on rotating crops).
For climbing enthusiasts, The ROC recreation park is 2 km directly North and offers a rock climbing wall and a high rope course during the summer months and tubing during the winter months.
