The double lot provides plenty of room for family or friends to join you with their RV's or tents and the large 2400 sq ft home gives everyone their own space. Yard games, 2 kayaks and a canoe is provided for your enjoyment. The lower deck is great for large gatherings, morning coffee dates or intimate nights curled up on the patio furniture. The upper deck and comfy lounge chairs can be used for sunbathing during the day or star gazing at night. Recent updates to the bathrooms and kitchen provide a functional and comfortable place for all to enjoy. The main beach is a 20 minute walk or the boat launch beach is 5 minutes away. There are walking trails through the hills or you can drive to either Wascana Trails(30 minutes south) or Valley View Estates(10 minutes south). D's Place restaurant in Silton offers a variety of take out food and ice cream treats and the Silton General Store has a huge selection of liquor, fresh produce, bottled water and all your essentials. The car wash in Silton has a large coin operated laundry mat and RO water refill station. Free Bird in Lumsden has an extensive menu and a patio. Over the Hill Orchard just south of Lumsden is a beautiful spot for picnics, wine tasting, yummy desserts and an incredible view of the Qu'Appelle Valley. They offer dinning experiences with a variety of local chefs in the summer months. Last Mountain Lake, also know as Long Lake, is 93 kilometers long and contains a host of fish species including walleye, yellow perch, northern pike, and common carp. Regina Beach is a short 1/2 hour kayak or canoe trip across the lake and has numerous restaurants, a beach bar and the famous Blue Bird Cafe fish and chips. There are a number of festivals through out the summer such as Country Thunder(Craven), Cathedral Arts Festival(Regina), Folk Festival(Regina), and Shake the Lake(Regina). Both Regina and Rowan's Ridge(just before the entrance to Rowan's Ravine Provincial Park) have Farmer's Markets from May to September.
