About this property

Olde Beach Pearl - Waikanae Beach Holiday Home

Extensive outdoor living provides plenty to enjoy. The upper deck offers outdoor seating and overlooks the ocean glimmer, while a sheltered decking area off the living room allows alfresco dining year-round.

Step inside and look out to the sea from the cosy mezzanine area, equipped with charming built-in seating.

Stairs lead you down to the main hub of the home. This open-plan living space is furnished with the right mix of classic Kiwi beach bach appeal and modern conveniences of today. Enjoy year-round comfort from the heat pump, while staying connected via the Smart TV and WiFi. The fresh and functional kitchen will make cooking a breeze.

Olde Beach Pearl sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms. The two upstairs bedrooms provide a queen and double bed, while the ground floor bedroom is comprised of a double. The bathroom enjoys a shower, toilet and washing machine, while you’ll appreciate the convenience of an additional separate toilet.

Direct beach access takes you to the sandy shores of Waikanae Beach - excellent for swimming or surfing. Meanwhile, the site provides plenty of off-street parking.

You’re in for a treat with the Four Square supermarket, Long Beach Tavern and Hey Coastie Restaurant all within a three-minute walk, while the Waikanae Golf Club is just a two-minute drive.

Beachside charm awaits at Olde Beach Pearl!
All guests should take care when using the stairs as they do not have a handrail. As there is a retaining wall without a barrier and a drop to the driveway, all guests should take care in this area due to the risk of falls. There is a number of kayaks and dinghys available to use but guests must bring their own life-jackets to gain access to these. Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. One of our team members will contact you if this is required for your booking. As the property has unfenced access to the beach, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water. Please note the fireplace is not available for guest use.
