Summary:
The Top Spot is located in the sought after area of Springfield.The house is light and bright with a large open plan living area that opens out onto a huge deck to enjoy a BBQ or relax in the spa pool. It is a short cycle ride to the famous Redwood mountain bike trails. The house has a large double garage which also contains a 7 KiloWatt EV charger. Sky T/V with movies and sport plus an AC unit in each bedroom and the lounge makes for a comfortable stay.

The Space:
The house is two levels with the entire ground floor being a basement garage and the 1st floor the living area.

Perfect Stay for Our Wedding Weekend
My parents stayed at this property for our wedding, and it was absolutely perfect for what they needed. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable for everyone. The location was ideal—close to everything they needed while still feeling peaceful. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making it the perfect home base for such a special weekend.
