Greetings from Overgaard, Arizona, land of fantastic rock formations and great mountain weather. Spend your days mountain biking, hiking or enjoying the scenery, all from the doorstep of WorldMark Bison Ranch.
WorldMark Bison Ranch is located 56 miles from Payson from the west (35 miles from Show Low from the East). We advise that you shop in Payson, Holbrook or Show Low before driving to the resort as we only have a small country store in town

Parking is limited at WorldMark Bison Ranch and the resort is not always able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs and trailers. Please contact the Front Desk with questions.
Pool & Hot Tub Information
Pool and Hot Tub are open 8 am to 10 pm. Children in diapers must wear waterproof diapers designed for swimming. Main Pool and Kiddies pool are seasonal, closed from November 1st until April 1st. Hot Tub is open year-round. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more specific information.
