Our spacious house is an ideal place for families or group of friends looking for a comfortable home away from home. Combining the convenience of city access with the tranquility of a serene neighbourhood, your memorable Melbourne stay begins here.

The heart of our home, the living area, is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and inviting space. With split-system aircon, it's furnished for comfort and entertainment, featuring a smart TV, books, and toys for children, making it a versatile space for resting, play and family time.

Our fully equipped kitchen is designed for both the casual cook and the culinary enthusiast. It features modern appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, rice cooker, blender and dishwasher. With ample counter space and all the essentials, it’s perfect for preparing anything from quick breakfasts to gourmet dinners.

Each of our three bedrooms is equipped with split system aircon that allowing a personalised temperature control.

   - Master Bedroom: A queen bed and built-in wardrobe.
   - Second Bedroom: A queen bed and a chest of drawers.
   - Third Bedroom: A bunk bed with a double and single bed, build-in wardrobe.

The main bathroom/toilet is upstairs, and we provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hair dryer. Downstairs is another single toilet located in the laundry.

The laundry features a washing machine and a dryer. We provide washing powder and other cleaning products. A drying rack, ironing board and an iron is provided.

You can also find spare chairs, baby gates and a highchair on storage under the stairs, easily accessible.

Our spacious backyard features a 6-seater outdoor dining set and BBQ facilities, it’s perfect for enjoying meals outdoors or simply unwinding in the open air.

The house features a split-system aircon, fast WIFI and undercover garage for one car. Free no time limit parking for extra cars on the street.

Our home's location is a perfect base for exploring Melbourne. It's a brief walk to Bay St’s lively cafes and shops, and a short tram ride to the city's heart. Whether you’re visiting the beach, South Melbourne market, or local parks, everything is conveniently accessible.

The house is professionally cleaned, so you can be assured that it will be in immaculate condition upon your arrival.

There will be a couple of locked cupboards for personal items, but the rest is available for you to feel right at home.

Make use of the abundance of nearby walking or riding paths, beach, recreational areas, parks or jump on a 10-minute tram to Southbank and the city. South Melbourne market is 2km away.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY AMENITIES

Our home is perfectly equipped for little ones. We provide a porta cot, highchair, toys, books and board games, all available without prior request. For added safety, two baby gates and bed rails are also on hand, ready to be installed by guests as needed. Please note that the use of these amenities is at the guests' own risk.

BBQ and Safety Features: Enjoy easy meals with our main gas-connected BBQ. Our home is a two-Storey building, fitted with anti-slip material on stairs for added safety. Baby safety gates are also provided for installation at guests' discretion and risk.

HOUSE RULES:
To ensure the comfort of all, we strictly prohibit parties and smoking on the premises. We kindly ask that no more than 6 people occupy the house at any time, including infants. Also, please be considerate of our neighbors by keeping noise levels down.

Please don't move furniture or mattresses; dispose your rubbish on the bins provided outside. Extra cleaning fee will be charged if the cleaner needs to spend more time upon your check-out.

Comfortable family holiday

Excellent location, tram 3 minutes away to get into city. Walking distance to lots cafes, pubs and restaurants on Bay Street. Very comfortable with 3 children , great kids toys. Very good communication with host.

Couldn't be happier

Couldn't be happier with the experience. The houses location is perfect for both relaxation and city adventures, being just a 10-minute tram ride from the CBD and within walking distance to Port Melbourne beach. The house itself is wonderfully accommodating, with a sunlit living area and spacious bedrooms, each with individual air conditioning for comfort. The addition of a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances made our stay especially convenient. Outdoor space is ample and well-maintained, featuring a BBQ and a comfortable seating area—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The inclusion of family-friendly amenities like toys and books made it an ideal choice for those travelling with children. Overall, the property was immaculate, and the property manager, Graci, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. This house is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to enjoy Melbourne's charm without compromising on comfort and convenience. Highly recommended!
