A spacious, contemporary home, just a few minutes drive or 10 minute walk into town and perfectly situated off the Cardrona Valley Road for a quick exit to the ski fields or lake. A short walk to local restaurants, a luxury cinema, rock climbing and the Cardrona Ski office. Equipped with a large entertainers kitchen and open plan living looking out onto expansive mountain views. Vaulted ceilings make for a very open entertaining area.
Enough space to accommodate an extended family or group of friends with four large bedrooms and a media room off the main living for the kids to watch Netflix or a quiet spot to read.
The ultimate ski pad with a cosy log-fire, panel heaters in all bedrooms, underfloor heating in bathrooms and a drying cupboard for ski gear. Over summer relax outside on the comfortable furniture. Enjoy a BBQ with friends with plenty of lawn space to enjoy.
Offstreet parking for 2 cars. Additional parking available for visitors on quiet street.
