Less than 10 minutes' drive from the town of Sooke and an hour from BC's capital city, Victoria, this spacious 3-bedroom home enjoys stunning views over the Olympic Mountains and Strait of Juan de Fuca. Listen to the sea lions barking and watch for roaming pods of resident killer whales. Beautiful Gordon's Beach is just a 5-minute walk away, with many more beaches and trails in the area.
This home features an open layout between the kitchen, dining room, and upstairs living room. This living room is made cozy by a gas fireplace and sliding doors that lead to the large patio deck. The couch converts into a queen pullout bed.
The primary bedroom suite includes a king bed and full ensuite bathroom, with convenient access to the patio deck. The second bedroom has a king bed, and a second full bathroom is located in the hallway. The third bedroom has a double bed and an attached powder room. A futon pullout bed is located in the downstairs living room.
The mostly level acre of yard is perfect for enjoying a game of badminton, croquet or frisbee, so don't forget to bring your outdoor toys!
