This cheery house has 2 bedrooms each with comfy queen beds, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and large laundry room. A nice private landscaped yard with a BBQ and a clean unfinished basement to store your things. You can smell the ocean when you step out the door and catch sunny glimpses of it from the living room window.
Walk to downtown Victoria, the Inner Harbour, Cook Street Village, Beacon Hill Park, grocery stores, and the beach!
