Very nice furnished couch house in upscale neighborhood of sardis chilliwack . 750 sf spacious living space. Main bed room has queen bed also has a sofa bed, Living area has sofa bed. This cozy house is furnished with all basic utensils and basic kitchen needs. 2 min drive from HWY1. Backing to cottonwood mall. Cultus Lake, Harrison hot springs and bridal fall on a 20 minutes drive. Vedder river famous for world class fishing is on 5 minutes drive. I furnished this place for my own use a get away from city. but i figure out i do not use it much so i decided to offer it for vacations to other people . I am good with communication and usually respond within few minutes.
Why they chose this property
very safe neighborhood, close to parks, trails, lakes, shopping mall. lots of natural beauty in lower main land. 1- 2 hours drive to Kamloops, Merritt, Princeton.
What makes this property unique
its very near to Hwy 1, vey close to shopping mall, restaurants, backing to a creek with nice views.
