This beautiful 2020 built lakeside cottage sits on a gorgeous south facing property just steps from the Village of Shawnigan Lake on Vancouver Island. A terrific floor plan with open kitchen, dining and living areas plus 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs. Enjoy spectacular water views from all primary rooms and a cozy fireplace in the living area. Shawnigan Lake is situated 43 kms north of Victoria, 20 kms south of Duncan and only a couple of minutes away from Shawnigan Lake School and Brentwood College. The area offers plenty of things to do including hiking at the Kinsol Trestle, excellent lake fishing, and only a 10 minute walk to Oma's Bakery and coffee shop. This is truly a fantastic property for those wanting to relax and enjoy in a quiet setting. SORRY NO RENTALS AVAILABLE BETWEEN MAY 1ST AND SEPTEMBER 30TH AS OUR FAMILY OCCUPIES THE PROPERTY FOR THE SUMMER MONTHS.
