Welcome to this conveniently located inner-city house in the community of Acadia. The living space is ~550 sqft.

1 bedroom, bathroom, and a living room inclusive of fire place, tv and minibar. Minibar includes microwave, Nespresso Coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cups and tea/coffee.

Very quaint and quiet. An amazing weekend getaway for any couple looking to explore.

This is a separate suite located on one level of a 4 level split. Keep in mind that you may see me the owner or others who reside on the top two floors.

Calgary Acadia suite

Nice quiet suite right by bus stop and near shopping. Has a parking spot and is cozy.

Liked the location for easy access to groceries, shopping, ease of getting on main roads. The water pressure for shower was awesome. Happy with the cleanliness. It’s a bit dated, and bed was ok for comfort. For the price we paid it was worth it.
