Quail Run 3352, by Mountain Vacation Lodging, is an end-unit townhome located in a quiet complex. For the adults, the complex has one of the largest hot tubs in town, and for the kiddos, a playground on site. The unit is a split level, with 4 floors total. There is a heated 2-car garage in addition to a driveway for parking. The 1st floor has both the Queen bedroom with an ensuite bath, a bunk room, a sleeper sofa, a washer/dryer, and access to a furnished ground-level deck. Walk up a flight of 6 stairs to the floor with the King bedroom with ensuite bath. Another half flight up is the living room, kitchen, dining room & desk area. Guests will enjoy the A/C plus ceiling fans in the summer. There is a patio off the dining area with a gas grill for any season. This home feels private yet guests are only a little over a mile from the ski area. Luckily the free city bus has a few pickups in the area. The closest is only 300 yards away.

-- Transportation: This complex is close to multiple free city bus stops. Whistler Village and Mustang Run are the closest. Only about a 300 yard walk from the unit.

– Accessing the Property – 2 steps to get in front door. Once in the home there are 4 levels, each separated by about 6 stairs.
– Parking – 2 car heated garage and 2 spots in the driveway. There is additional overflow parking but that is first come first serve. If guests need additional parking options, contact us for more information.
– 4WD vehicle information
– 4WD/AWD or vehicles with chains may be required to access this property when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions. This property is off a well plowed road and has a relatively flat parking lot approach as well as basically flat driveway.

** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. Our visits to Steamboat Springs are always absolutely perfect when we stay here! The hosts go above and beyond to ensure we feel welcomed and comfortable. They kindly offer local tips and making sure we have everything we for a memorable stay. Their attention to detail was evident throughout the house, with thoughtful touches and recommendations for nearby activities. The townhouse itself is beautiful, spacious, and clean. The cozy atmosphere, combined with modern amenities, create the ideal retreat after a long day of exploring Steamboat Springs. The living area was perfect for relaxing by the fire, and the fully stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. The bedrooms were comfortable, with plush bedding that ensured restful nights. Additionally, the location was ideal—close to both the slopes and local shops, yet tucked away in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. What truly sets this experience apart, though, is the exceptional hospitality. The hosts checked in regularly to ensure I had everything I needed without being intrusive, and their genuine kindness made the stay even more special. Whether it was offering to help with lift tickets, giving insider recommendations for local dining, or simply engaging in friendly conversation, they truly make us feel like their personal guests. I would absolutely return to this townhouse in Steamboat Springs and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and relaxing getaway!

Spacious well equipped unit
Overall very comfortable and convenient. A few things the owner may want to update e.g. lack of lighting/missing burnt out light bulbs, a few maintenance updates (kitchen drawer missing the front, ice maker doesn't work). But overall very well appointed.
