This three/four (pull out queen couch) bedroom, three bathroom country home in a private, quiet location is an ideal family retreat.

It is located equidistant between town/ocean beaches and the harbor. The property is surrounded by an over 100 acre nature preserve and has an expansive backyard that includes a children's tree house, basketball hoop and heated 20 X 42 salt water pool. Stroll the nature trails in the adjacent reserve or simply walk down the road to bay beach access.
One bedroom has a king size bed and the two others offer queen size beds.

The den, which includes a queen size pullout couch, can double as a fourth bedroom. The home has a large kitchen, central air, washer/dryer, gas fireplace, outdoor shower, decking and BBQ.

If you are vacationing with children, the house is equipped for their enjoyment with a play loft, toys, and beach gear included.

Montauk Home

The house was beautiful and charming. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious. The back yard was gorgeous and we enjoyed spending time in the pool. Kelly was very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying at their home.
