Beautifully located by New Brighton beach, this newly built 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, 2-storey property is the perfect escape. Explore all that New Brighton has to offer, with the beach just a 2-minute walk away, along with The Pier and He Puna Taimoana Hot Pools. Guests love the lovely position near beach restaurants. The property features a fully equipped kitchen, or dine out at local eateries. Enjoy the sunny courtyard while soaking up the sun. Wi-Fi is available throughout for your convenience.
This beautiful 2-storey property has the living area, kitchen area and dining area located on the ground floor, leading out to the beautiful sunny courtyard where you can enjoy a beverage in the sun whilst listening to the waves across the road. The northwest aspect makes at the courtyard a main feature and warms the house.
With a fenced in courtyard this property is the perfect get away for you and your family. Rest assured while the kids play safely outside so you can enjoy your holiday. Complete with Portacot, Highchair and messy mat.
In the living area there is a sofa bed to have another 1 or 2 guests - linen is additional. Accommodating up to 4 guests total.
The kitchen hosts all the modern appliances Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Hob, Oven and basic cooking essentials such as salt, pepper and oil.
Washing machine and dryer combination unit is provided for convenience for longer stays. Washing powder provided.
Upstairs you will find the bedroom containing a spacious King bed with hotel quality linen and beautiful decor. The full bathroom is also located upstairs boosting a fully tiled shower, Bidet toilet with heated toilet seat, heated towel rail and vanity. Ecostore shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided for use during your stay.
There is high speed internet provided in the property.
The property offers plenty of on-street parking for guests. No dedicated parking is provided.

On street parking is free outside the development and the surrounding streets also have free parking available, so if you have a car, you should be able to find a parking spot close by.
Ubers or Taxi’s are never far away and are available 24/7 for a convenient pick up.
Your group will have complete access to this entire property during your stay. The host does not live on site.
This property is a 2-storey townhouse - upper floor is accessible via stairs only.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking in prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
