Great 1br. 1ba condo

This is our second stay at this condo. We used to rent bigger condos when our kids and their friends would be with us, but kids are now grown and moved out - often just my wife and I and this place is perfect for us. Couch and bed are comfy. Very cozy!!

Very Nice

We really enjoyed our stay. It's a cozy condo with excellent access to the mountain. We really had no issues at all. The fireplace wasn't working, but that wasn't really a big deal for us with kids. We will definitely stay here again!!

Great Condo in Brian Head

A couple of the reviews mentioned the bed being uncomfortable - We found the bed to be very comfortable. Also a couple comments about condo being cold. Temp was perfect for us. Couch also very comfortable (good lumbar support). Pictures do a good job of portraying the condo. Great for 2 people (maybe 3).

Nice location between Navajo and Giant Steps with covered parking. However, the unit smelled bad. The sink smell was foul and the place was really dirty. Also very disappointed that the fireplace didn’t work, doesn’t seem like it would’ve mattered though because it was electric and not a real fireplace. Won’t stay here again and won’t recommend.

Mattress is so bad.

The mattress is so bad I’d advise anyone looking to book this location to book elsewhere. Everything else about our stay was fine but the mattress is so bad this condo should be avoided totally. The mattress has significant indentations/ dips on both sides making this bed impossible to get any rest in either side. I’ve slept better camping. I saw another review about how bad the mattress is but thought it can’t be that bad- it is. This condo should not be rented again until this is replaced and verified.

Great stay... but...

Everything was fine with the unit, cozy, quaint - all of it. But I'm seriously tempted to do my star ratings down to 1 or 2 simply because of the mattress! It was SO bad that it'll be a notable memory in what was otherwise a fantastic trip in every way. But the mattress, and it's appalling age and deteriorated quality is to important for it not to end up being a big blemish. I'd tell people not to stay here because of it. Gotta get a new one!!

Nice but issues.

Spacious and nicely furnished! When we arrived the fireplace didn't work and the baseboard heaters don't warm up the condo, we text maintenance and they said they would come by the next day but the fireplace doesn't heat up the condo anyways, first night was freezing 2nd night was fine since the fireplace heats up the condo in minutes. The Jets in the bathtub didn't work, found out the 2nd night so didn't bother texting maintenance. FYI the shower gets hot quick and only last 2minutes, it needs 20min in between each person to have a quick hot shower. The code for the door is the unit #, everyone in the past has the code to unlock your door, if you're going to do that at least have an internal lock or latch. If they made sure everything worked properly that they advertise before renting it out it would be a great condo to stay in.
