Cottage on the Marsh ~ New for 2023, living room furniture and totally updated downstairs (floors, furniture, fixtures and more!). New for 2024, 65" TV in the upstairs living area. This non-smoking rental also includes a large parking lot that can fit up to 6 vehicles with plenty of room for a boat! After a day at the beach, head back to your home away from home to admire a gorgeous sunset view of the marsh. The cottage has two separate living areas to which guests will have full access. The downstairs suite features a living room, bathroom, king bed, kitchenette, and laundry. The upstairs includes two spacious bedrooms, each with their own full bath. The kitchen is perfect for whipping up dinner after a long day at the beach with a cooktop and convection toaster oven. Guests may also use the propane grill located on the back deck. Additionally, the back deck and sunroom are perfect for sipping on a cold beverage of choice while enjoying the sunset over the marsh. There's also a dock on the marsh where kids of all ages can fish and crab. Upstairs has 4 head mini-split & downstairs has wall AC and heat. No inside stairway. Outside entrance only to downstairs. No smoking. Pets allowed.
