Spectacular views from this amazing 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 12th floor condo at Emerald Isle! Located directly on the white sands of beautiful Pensacola Beach, this property is the ideal place to relax and unwind.

The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas and is equipped with major appliances and plenty of counter space. Enjoy family meals at the dining table that seats four. The living room has large windows with amazing Gulf views. There is plenty of comfortable seating, including two small sleeper sofas. This condo also has a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Relax and enjoy the view or dine outdoors on the private balcony overlooking the swimming pools and Gulf of Mexico. The Gulf front master bedroom has a king bed, private bath, fabulous views and balcony access. The master bath features a large garden tub and shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and shares the hall bath with the living area. This 1,100 square foot condo sleeps six people.

On site amenities include two swimming pools, hot tub, sauna and fitness center. Shopping, dining and night life is just a short walk from this centrally located condo, making it an ideal location for a beach vacation.

Great location with a spectacular view of the Gulf of America!!

Heated pool unfortunately it was crammed with kids, some unattended. The hot tub was the same and the jets would work till someone not knowing how to turn it on would crank on it and then it would be done for the day. The other pool on the property was the bigger but too cold to go in and I think that is why everyone was jammed in the smaller of the two. Life is never perfect, and I was very pleased with everything else. I will come back for sure. Would love to see an adult times for the pool as well. Thanks and God Bless

The view from the balcony was phenomenal. The outdoor furniture on the balcony needs to be replaced. It’s worn and uncomfortable. There are plenty of kitchenware to stay in for dinner, but the ability to walk to everything is what makes this location so great. There was plenty of parking and the secure entry and exit sets you at ease.

Reviewer Comments: My wife and I have been traveling to Pensacola Beach and renting from Paradise Beach Homes for 43 years. The check in time has been moved back over the years and is now so late that it creates issues for families with small children waiting for 3 -4 hours for check in. Check in time has moved for 2pm to 5 pm over the years.Additionally the late check in creates a large issue with all renters checking into Emerald Isle at the same time with only 4 luggage carts available so it requires many trips on the elevators since the carts are all in use or more wait tie to obtain the use of a luggage cart.

It would be nice if a couple of K cups would be supplied for your first morning (lotion, shampoo and conditioner are supplied)

Paradise Beach homes was a wonderful experience they gave us a goody bag when we checked in. The room was perfect for what we needed. Very spacious and clean. The kitchen has all the amenities we needed as well! The appliances looked brand new! When we first got there the air wasn't on so it had a little odor but as soon as the air was lowered it got much better! Will definitely book again next year!

Beds and linens were very comfortable. Tons of pillows of various thickness . In addition to sofa bed, there is a self inflating full mattress. There is a tub of beach toys and a couple of umbrellas. . I do recommend bringing a couple of dish towels . The unit is beautifully decorated with tons of fun touches. Very nice glassware and dishes. We went to Joe Pattie’s for seafood and We cooked every night. We had what we needed to do so. You will enjoy your stay. Paradise is a good company and Emerald Isle a good location and the u it is lovely.

I loved the property getting into it was another story

Entry into Emerald Isle at the front gate iwas very difficult. keypad is not user-friendly, during my one week stay I probably assisted a dozen guests who were unable to figure out or operate the entry keypad. I must say I struggled with it myself till I finally figured it out. lucky for them I just happen to be coming in or out at the time. The response I got from everyone after I let them in was “we couldn’t figure this thing out” I would suggest that the property update this not to mention that the gate was broken three days out of the eight I was there. Also the entry keypad into the pool area from the beach didn’t work half of the time. I noticed after a few days of hearing everyone complain about it, someone just disabled the lock which made me happy. Overall I thought the property was in good shape clean and well maintained, and the condo that I stayed in had a beautiful view from the 12th floor
