Very disappointing

The house was very dirty and sticky upon arrival. I spent days and my own cleaning supplies to make it livable. The kitchen equipment was a joke and there was oven cleaner still in the oven. I replaced the furnace filter myself as it was disgusting. The garbage/recycling and compost bins were overloaded and there was no room for my own stuff. The grass and garden were overgrown. The owner had the bins emptied but into the shed which attracted wildlife who broke into the shed and continually made a mess. It took several communications and I received many empty promises that these things would be taken care of. I stopped bothering to communicate with them when they started blaming me for their own negligence. I would never rent or recommend anyone to rent from them.
