As you enter the welcoming open foyer with vaulted ceilings, you will step on to the gorgeous tile floors which overlook your scenic outdoor landscape. Each room has been lovingly decorated in this immaculate single-story home with cozy Florida decor. The open living area offers a comfortable sectional couch & a flat screen TV where you can enjoy the picturesque view of the pool and the canal. The dining area boasts a large wooden table for everyone to gather for a meal, and the kitchen is a cook's delight with a bright and cheery eat-in breakfast area.

The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed and an en-suite master bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom boasts two cozy full-size beds, and the third bedroom hosts a queen-sized bed. The guest bathroom offers a tub and shower. All bedrooms have walk-in closets & the laundry room is spacious with a washer, dryer, and laundry sink.

For your convenience, you are also close to The Murdock Mall, Sam's Club, and all of the North Port shopping the area has to offer. You are sure to relax and rejuvenate in this relaxing & secluded getaway!

Please note: There is a video camera in the pool area that is used when the home is vacant to monitor the water level in the pool. The camera is off line while guests are in the home. Feel free to cover the camera if you are concerned about your privacy, we only ask that you uncover the camera before you leave.

Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed. Pool heat request made after guest arrival will incur an additional $45 trip charge.
