We stayed at this fabulous accommodation while attending a wedding at Holy Red Deer Estate. This property is very spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Such a great place to stay in Esk as property is fabulous and the view is amazing! Would highly recommend. Check in and out was a breeze. We got up early to catch the spectacular sunrise from the viewing platform upstairs. Fabulous.
Hill House was a nice spacious house with a quirky twist! It had a lovely view and the a/c and big tvs in each room and the second lounge/dining room were fantastic. It was a real bonus having 3 queen size beds in each room. There was plenty of outside parking and a ramp as well as stairs to enter the house. The hosts were lovely and friendly and accommodating and we were appreciative of their hospitality. Comparing to other properties I have stayed in, my only criticism would be that the cleanliness needed a bit more attention. The quality of towels and bedding needed an update and the mattress in the 3rd bedroom needed to be replaced. These things did not take away from a lovely stay at the house in Esk.
Dianne is a great host. Milk bread dips and bickies left for us.An eclectically decorated home. Very clean and comfortable. Great showers. You couldnt ask for more. Thankyou.
This place is amazing, it has everything you need for a reaxing time. The place hs great views, we heard Kookaburras each day and saw Kangaroos going through the yard each evening. The hosts could not be more helpful, having provisions in the cupboard and fridge meant we didn't have to go looking for bread and milk when we got there late in the day. Don't let the steps put you off, there is a back entry from the concrete.
Property was clean, well appointed, has a quirky atmosphere, able to bring our pet which was great. Airconditioning was very helpful while there was a heatwave.
friendly and helpful owners.
Great choice for a peaceful retreat. We stayed here for our anniversary. We loved the spa bath and full kitchen. It has a cozy, natural feel with the timber walls, slate floor and views of the mountains.
