The two-level 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom deluxe condo features a spacious deck overlooking the Roaring Fork River. Chateau Roaring Fork is only four blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and even closer to downtown Aspen. This riverfront condo features new carpet and paint, updated decor, and beautiful finishes. Its open floor plan is highlighted by a wood-burning fireplace* and large sliding glass doors that open to the private deck with an outdoor grill and stunning river views. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and beautiful stone countertops. The bathrooms have been upgraded, and guests enjoy the in-unit washer/dryer. *Please note firewood is not provided, and guests will need to procure firewood from City Market.
