Belle Vue is a classic elegant Caribbean-style oceanfront villa in the heart of Casa de Campo. Just minutes from the Marina and a short golf cart ride to Playa Minitas, this villa perfectly combines accessibility and tranquility for an unforgettable stay.

Upon entering Belle Vue, you are welcomed into spacious and elegant social areas. The indoor living room provides a comfortable retreat, seamlessly connecting to a covered veranda that features three distinct seating areas. From here, you can soak in the ocean views, enjoy a good book, or sip cocktails prepared by the attentive staff. The outdoor dining terrace offers a picturesque setting overlooking the garden and ocean, with seating for up to sixteen guests—perfect for any meal, from leisurely breakfasts to memorable dinners.

The villa’s bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy, each featuring an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, a walk-in closet, TV, telephone, and a safe. RESORT FEE
All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo must register in order to be granted access to the resort and its amenities. The cost of the registration is US$ 25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access.

RESORT FEE/ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE
Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:

* FOOD BUDGET: If your villa comes staffed, we suggest as a rough guideline to budget $50-$60 per adult per day for grocery costs if eating three meals at the villa (not including alcohol). This, of course, can vary due to your dietary requests. The Marina has a well-stocked supermarket with groceries, alcohol, and a wide selection of other products (sunscreen, hygiene products, etc)
