Newly Built 2 bedroom plus loft pet friendly apartment, perfect for families. One bedroom features a queen bed, second bedroom features (2) twin beds and a twin or full bed is available in the loft. Located in walking distance of Main St. Lake Placid and a short stroll to the village trolley stop.
Lower entryway with plenty of room for ski gear. Washer and dryer located in the entry way.
Large deck with BBQ grill and hot tub. Large stone fire pit in the fenced in yard. Enjoy all the best that Lake Placid has to offer!

Always Awesome

This was our 4th or 5th stay here and my family always has a great time. The residence is perfect. Plenty of room and stuff to do. Like last time, we will be back again.

Nice winter getaway

This is the fourth time we have rented from Ashley. Everything was great! My kids enjoyed the hot tub at night. It was a nice and relaxing stay!

AWESOME

We have stayed at the cabin the last 3 or 4 years and has never disappointed. Plenty of room for the 4 of us and dog. Fenced in backyard is a plus, can play fetch while we relax in the hot tub - running up and down the stairs helps tire him out. Kitchen is well stocked. Bedroom perfect. New amenity, the rail trail is a 1/4 mile away. We will be back again next year!

Quiet Neighborhood

This was everything we expected and it ticked all of our boxes. There isn’t an AC unit but we were pleasantly surprised to have the extra fans to place by the windows to bring in the cool air after a summer storm. Would definitely book here again!

Great location!

This property was a great location for exploring the area. The property itself was not as nice as it appears online, having old towels, yellowed pillows, old dishes and the fire alarms without batteries. It also does not have air conditioning, which is unfortunate during the summer since it sits above a garage and the provided fans were inadequate and also old and dirty. We brought our dog, which got out of the fenced on yard because there was a hole in the fence.

Great stay

Would definitely stay again! Great, hot tub! Not close enough to walk to town in the cold, but Uber was $10 if you didn’t want to look for a spot to park and very close to drive. Place was cozy and roomy.

Wonderful

This was our second stay at this house. We love the location, and the accommodations are perfect for us and our two dogs. The deck and hot tub are perfect after a day of hiking.

Nice place

It’ a a nice place to go with your dog it is close to town but quiet. Not many kitchen accessories and the appartment is dark so if you like clarity, know that there is not much in the apartment. The owner are very nice and available.

Perfect Getaway!!!

Ashley and Ben's cabin is the best! We have stayed here a number of times and everytime it doesn't disappoint. You have the hot tub, comfortable beds, cozy living room, complete kitchen, bar height table for breakfasts and location to it all. We will be booking again for our next trip.

Family wedding weekend

It was a well maintained “home base” to stay in while we attended family events over the weekend. It’s close to town & many other popular sites. We were quite comfortable & had we had our pups with us, it would have been good for them also. The hot tub on the deck was delightful too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in beautiful Lake Placid!

2 night getaway for 25th Anniversary

Absolutely loved the property! Exactly as shown in the pictures! The host was great, very responsive! Location was perfect! Definitely plan to come back and stay again! Hot tub was a big plus! Host provided everything we could’ve needed!
