This family friendly beach house features fabulous all weather outdoor living, with cosy lounges, alfresco dining, and a weber BBQ. Accommodating up to 7 guests in 3 bedrooms, plus 2 bathrooms, and a TV in every room. The beach and foreshore walking and cycling track is across the street, and there is ample off-road space to park a boat.

The kitchen and living room.

Centrally located kitchen featuring a 6-seat dining table, gas hotplates, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, TV, and coffee pod machine. The adjoining lounge room has a wide screen smart TV, and direct access to the outdoor living.

The bedrooms and bathrooms.
Two queen bedrooms and a third bedroom with tri bunks, accommodation up to 7 guests, with a TV in each room. There are 2 bathrooms, one located inside, and the second accessed from just outside the back door.

Outside.

The spacious outdoor living is suitable for all seasons and has direct access to the living room. Bring your bikes and follow the off-road beach track from McCrae to Rye, or enjoy the close proximity to amazing golf courses, wineries, and Rosebud shopping mall. There are boat ramps close by, and the local beaches are shallow and ideal for kids.

Strictly No parties

This property does not accept hens or bucks’ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.
