Sleep soundly with a king bed in the master, queen bed in the guest bedroom, and 2 queen sized bunk beds (total of 4 beds) in the Disney kid's room. Other things to note:

Upon arrival, you will need to check-in at the clubhouse where you will register your car for a hanging tag, receive wrist band for guests (max of 10). Resort will only provide 10 wrist bands and allow maximum of 10 guests in the pool area at a time. The wrist band gives access to the guard gate on Sand Mine Rd. Scan through the gate and go right to the townhouse. IMPORTANT TO KNOW: The resort fee is free for stays until February 28th 2025. Past that time, you will need to pay resort fees upon check in. Resort fees are $22.40 a night,. This will have to be paid upfront at the front desk upon check in. The resort fee pays for the physical wristband that you will get which gives you access into the community, the pool, gym, and up to three authorized overnight parking passes.

No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we do have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house. You are subject to be charged an extra fee for non-compliance.
