In 2025 the owners will discontinue the beach service and provide guests their own chairs in the unit to set up wherever they chose.
208 East is located on the best floor that combines the best of views and convenience, no elevators needed.

208 E offers 3 Br and 2 full baths, and a sleeper sofa to sleeps 8 in total comfort. Thoughyfully furnished throughout, including a full- size laundry room with washer and dryer in unit, high speed wifi included and cable Tv in the living and master.
An expansive gulf front balcony provides exceptional views of the sand, water, beach, surf, and pier, and overlooks one of the gleaming pools at the resort.

This kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meal. With beautiful granite counter tops, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, slower cooker, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, oven, dishwasher, glassware, flatware, and plenty of pots and pans, cooking will be a breeze! While enjoying your meal, you may even see a dolphin leaping out of the crystal blue water, from this perfectly located fourth floor balcony. High enough for great views, low enough so as not to wait on an elevator for your vacation.

The master suite is a romantic getaway, that will allow you to relax at your leisure. You will sleep peacefully in this King size master bed, with ensuite bath and access to the gulf front balcony. The Guest Bedroom offers a queen bed and access to the bath room, and the 3rd bedroom offers a full size bed.

You will love the spectacular sunsets on the sparkling Gulf's water, on your furnished balcony. The view from our condo is one that you will not forget! This unit is at the optimum level for pool and ocean views! It overlooks one of the two 175 ft. ocean front luxury pools, separated by a full service Tiki Bar.
Calypso is located at the west end of Panama City Beach. We are adjacent to Pier Park, a Simon Mall Property, which is Northwest Fla. #1 shopping destination. Pier Park offers great restaurants, shopping, entertainment, as well as a 16 Movie Theatre Complex! Calypso is the closest/walking distance resort to Pier Park. This luxury resort has everything you need for the perfect family vacation.

No college or Party Groups

No Smoking or Vaping in the condo or Grounds. Calypso is a smoke free property.

No Pets.

Parking: Parking is handled through the Calypso resort and as of Feb 10 the parking cost is $60 per car per stay (but subject to change). We will provide you a link once booked to allow you to contact the website for Calypso to obtain your parking passes.
