LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1700+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, smart TV, beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. Attached enclosed sunroom with additional seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private bath with shower and double sinks. Second bedroom has a double bed, bunk bed, and TV. Downstairs third bedroom has a double bed, bunk bed, and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove, oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices and more.

AMENITIES - Shuffleboard table in the living room. Smart TVs with streaming apps, along with fast WiFi. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

We had a good time

For the most part it was great. It had shuffleboard, it had a jacuzzi, the kitchen and bedrooms were perfectly sized for our family of 5. Plenty of clean towels and the place was very clean. However, we didn't get the address or code to enter the house without calling the office once we were already in Big Bear. None of the TVs in the bedrooms were smart TVs or had remotes or any way to really use them without us bringing our own HDMI cords or streaming devices which we weren't aware of ahead of time so that was disappointing. And, lastly the checkout sheet in the actual cabin has the wrong address for trash dumping on Garstin Rd. the address takes you to a location that is not available for public trash disposal. Luckily the email check in confirmation had the correct one but I suggest that the cabin sheet gets updated to match the email.
