The house sits on a flat lot in the middle of Penticton. We are 5 minutes from the Okanagan Event Centre, hockey arena and minutes from downtown. Our house is slightly closer to Okanagan Lake (4 minute drive) but easy access to Skaha Lake as (about 8 minutes) We have a variety of fruit trees and an 80 year old Walnut Tree!
