Escape to the luxurious Bears Lair for your next vacation retreat! This stunning 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome with 8 beds and enough space for 11 - 12 people is located right at the base of the world renowned Utah Olympic Park in the heart of Bear Hollow Village. Relax on the deck and soak in the private hot tub, or gather around the family room with a large, HDTV and cozy sofa. The fully equipped kitchen and dining room with an expandable table capable of seating up to 10, plus a downstairs private den with full bath, will provide everything you need to make your stay comfortable, unforgettable, and truly one of a kind!

THE SPACE
Everything you desire in a vacation rental is right here and take advantage of a weekly discount! Socially, the main living area features plenty of comfortable seating and a fireplace for a night in or for listening to music or watching a movie on the 4K Smart TV. There is another living room space on the lowest level with its own HDTV/DVD, with a desk / desk chair, electric fireplace and chaise sofa. Finally, the whole crew can enjoy the 6-person salt-water hot tub on the patio off of the kitchen.

KITCHEN
Adjacent to the living room is a beautiful gourmet chef’s kitchen, completely equipped with gas powered oven, double door fridge and freezer, and all the cookware and necessities needed for a memorable dinner including an Instant-pot, crock pot, and more. Enjoy your gourmet meals in the dining area that easily seats ten, with additional seating for two more at the island bar.

THE BEDROOMS
When it is time for some sleep, there are great options to sleep up to 11 people comfortably. The spacious townhome has an open floor plan with 5 different sleeping areas. Sleeps 11 -12.
- Bedroom #1 is the master suite. It features a King bed and a balcony with a great view of the mountains and ski-areas. Sleeps 2.
- Bedroom #2 has a Bunk Bed - Twin over Twin. Sleeps 2.
- Bedroom #3 has a Queen bed. Sleeps 2.
- Bedroom #4 has a Double bed. Sleeps 1 to 2.
- Bedroom #5 is the large downstairs den used as a Bedroom with a full bath, a Bunk with 3 Twins. Sleeps 3.
- The comfortable living sofa could sleep one more.

DECK
Enjoy the mountain views from a private deck with outdoor seating, and relax in the 6-person saltwater hot tub for your enjoyment.

NEIGHBORHOOD
The Bear Hollow Village has options for fun year round. Year round, you can work out in the community gym or use the community hot tub which are just steps away from this property. In the summertime, you can just hang out at the community’s pool and hot tub, or use the amenities that include the fitness center, park, putting green, hiking trails and basketball court.

LOCAL MANAGER: Our local manager is available 24/7 during your stay. They will provide you with all the house and access information.

PARKING: The attached 2-car garage will hold two small to mid-size cars. Two larger vehicles can use the driveway. There is some street parking, but please note the “No Parking” signs.

SKI ACCESS: Bear Hollow is about a 5-minute drive to The Canyons/Park City Mountain, 10-minute drive to the Town Lift and about 15-minutes to Deer Valley. There are plenty of transportation options, including free on-demand shuttles through the High Valley Transit app.

TRANSPORTATION: There is a free shuttle bus that will take you to the Canyons base area, Park City Old Town, Park City base area, Deer Valley and elsewhere. The bus stop is at the entrance to Bear Hollow at the intersection of Hwy 224 and Bobsled Blvd. It is about a 7 minute walk. Also, there is a new On-Demand High Valley Transit Shuttle service that will pick you up at your door. Free rides are available to book through the app.

Refunds or considerations are only possible if problems are reported during your stay, and are not gaurenteed.

CONDITION OF PROPERTY:
Please leave the property in the same condition as during check-in, normal wear and tear excepted. PMI Park City or its agents may enter for repairs or maid service at reasonable times with prior written or verbal communication. Cooking is only allowed in designated areas. Guests must promptly report fire or damage. Liability extends to family, invitees, employees, or other guests. Subletting is prohibited. Guests must return all keys and openers upon departure; failure may result in a minimum $50 charge per item. Compliance with House Rules is mandatory, including no pets and no indoor smoking.

INSURANCE:
PMI includes an accidental damage protection policy of $59 in the nightly rental fees and is covered up to $5000 in accidental damages. Any damages that amount exceeds $5000, the remaining balance is to be paid by the Guest. Guest understands that this insurance does not cover damage or loss to Guest belongings. It only covers accidental damage to the property and/or contents caused by Guest.

Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. These policies are in place for your safety, as well as the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid.

Park City Skitacular

Very pleased with this stay and location. The unit is very consistent with the pictures shown in the listing. Huge kitchen and family room which is great for large groups. Two of the bedrooms are really nice for adults, other bedrooms are really more for children; very small rooms with bunk beds. If you are concerned about the bedrooms just check out the listing pictures - they are quite accurate.

Thanksgiving holiday

Place was great. Only problem was the main heater didn't work. A heat and air guy was came out the day after Thanksgiving. It didn't work after that. He came out again on Saturday after Thanksgiving and finally fixed the problem. Since the nights got down to 9 degrees, the place was cold. We made due but it was definitely a problem for every day we spent at the place. Hopefully the next occupant doesn't have the same problem.
