The separate living area contains a sofa and chairs, coffee table and a Smart TV with Freeview Streaming and Samsung TV Plus Streaming. The dining area has a dining table and chairs and dining is also available on the kitchen island. Laundry facilities are available in the garage and include a washing machine and tub. Free, off-street parking is available in the driveway and in the secure, undercover garage.
