But if you are looking for an authentic Louisville hospitality experience in a historic building, this is for you!

The Space:
NOTE: This is a listing for TWO units on the same floor. Each unit has 2BR/2BA.

This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay.

Indulge in exclusive amenities at the Sky Club and Sky Park levels, including a rooftop sun deck with grilling stations and a fire-pit, outdoor yoga patio, 24/7 fitness center, private screening room and community lounge with kitchen. For those with work to do, the business center and conference room are available. There is also paid laundry machines in the building for a fee but we provide detergent in your unit.

The building is a simple on-off from I-65. For local excursions, hop on the LouLift – a free, electric bus fleet with onboard wifi that services 4th Street, downtown shopping district, and beyond. Uber and Lyft are never far. For the bold, we encourage the use of the dockless scooters!

Other Things to Note:
Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests

No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.

Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.

Note that all guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.

Older building, nice refurb

This older apartment tower has been refurbed nicely. It was adequately furnished and the beds were comfortable. It lacks parking, and though surface lots were available a block away we were concerned about the safety of our vehicles. There were no towels in the kitchen, which was very sparsely furnished. We had to buy kitchen soap and sponges to wash the few dishes. On the 22nd floor, curtains might not be needed for privacy, but they would help for light control for sleeping. We rented two units, but one was not available until an hour after the agreed on check-in time. What was worse, we woke to a message that entire building would be without water from 8:30 am to 3:00pm. This meant we had to rouse earlier than we wanted. The water was not restored until nearly 5:00 pm, which seriously affected our plans and hindered our enjoyment. The location is fine, next to the library in Old Louisville, walkable to many restaurants.

Nice view but comes at a cost to your comfort

I will be first to say, the communication and follow through with the host was excellent. They were very responsive. There is enough space for a family and the beds were comfortable. The entire building smelled of weed, the "traffic" through the building would not be anything I would want children or elderly persons around at all. Both units were refurbished, but one of the units did not have batteries in the remote, the internet did not work, lacked complete bedding, and did not have the required towels per recorded guests (again, the host was very prompt about correcting this). In the morning, the smell of cigarettes was strong and lingering in the vents. The hallways constantly smelled of marijuana as well. Also, the gym was closed (not mentioned in the listing) which was a determining factor in selecting the unit as well. So, as of 3/2/2025 the gym was closed and no equipment was in the room.Window coverings were not acceptable either. Of the blinds that were on the windows, none of them provided full coverage and one of them was 1/2 way hanging up. Although the unit is high, providing privacy would have been nice, again, as we had children. Also, the off-site parking made it unbelievably difficult to navigate and should have been clearly noted in the description. Again, the hosts were remarkable, but the property itself was not anything that I would come back to or recommend, especially for those traveling with children.
