About this property

A funky house close to the beach, with free parking & fast WIFI.

Firstly, I am new to advertising on Stayz, but if you search for my house on Airbnb, you will see I have hosted for two years, and received all five-star reviews.

Chill out in the A/C, grab a latte from the corner cafe & head to the beach.

The closest tram stop is 50 metres away. You can be at Crown Casino, Southgate, the beach or the city in 5 mins! Or use our complimentary bicycles or kids' scooters & take the nearby bike path.

Don’t miss Melbourne’s major events. In less than 10 minutes, join the excitement at the Australian Open, MCG or the Grand Prix.

The house is well-furnished, with modern appliances in the kitchen and a rain shower in the main bathroom.

There are two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has a single loft bed, suitable for a child/teenager. An additional single bed can be added if required.

There is a new 55-inch Samsung Smart TV in the living room with Netflix.

There is a new Nespresso coffee machine, sofa, living room rug, and occasional chair; everything is brand new!

A visitor parking permit is there for you to use to ensure you park right out the front of my house for free.
