Minimum booking age
Please note that this property is available for guests who are at least 25 years of age or older. We do not allow schoolies, parties, events or more than 10 guests at any time. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting these rules to maintain the peacefulness of the neighborhood.
10 Guest Cap
Please note that the maximum number of guests allowed on the property is 10, unless prior approval has been granted by the owners. It is important that all guests are declared at the time of booking, and no additional mattresses or bedding are allowed to be brought onto the property. If there are any extra guests, they will be asked to leave the property and/or the deposit bond will be forfeited
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: The property is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, and it's important to be respectful of the neighbours. To ensure a peaceful environment, we kindly ask that there is no outdoor noise after 10 pm, and no music or outdoor entertaining after this time. Please be aware that sound travels easily to the immediate neighbours, so please keep noise levels at a minimum at all times of the day.
Should there be noise disruption reported, our security company will be called to the property. This will result in a security call out fee of $500 and possible eviction with no refund of remaining nights accommodation.
COST OF DAMAGE : The guest is liable for the full cost of any breakages, missing items or damage caused to or within the property during their stay.
SMOKING on the property both indoors and within the grounds is strictly prohibited. Any residual odours or evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee of $500. Please restrict smoking to a distance from the property and dispose of any cigarette buts appropriately away from the property.
PETS - Not allowed
As this home is being offered as a short-term rental, we kindly ask our guests to familiarise themselves with the Short-Term Rental Code of Conduct, in particular part 2.5 which refers to the rights and obligations of the guest. This will help ensure your stay is enjoyed without interruption.
