House a disappointment
The house is located in a quiet area and spacious enough for a large family or group of friends. However, the house is a disappointment - it is quite rundown. It seems like the property has not been cleaned or maintained regularly. Some blinds are broken, windows and glass doors are dirty, window/door fittings are either loose or broken (door not closing properly). Kitchen items, especially the pots and pans, are really old and should be discarded. The internet did not work despite our attempts to reset the router many times.The house itself has many faults and not in good condition, but I cannot fault Nan's (the host) service as her customer service is excellent. She will respond to your queries quickly. Nan will try to accommodate and help anyway she can if you have any requests or concerns.

Family Trip
Location was great, close to shops and playgrouds. Host was really great with communication. House was a great size perfect for our stay of 2 families (9 people) House was a little unclean and run down.
