'Stay at the Bay' is a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom holiday home that is conveniently located in Acacia Bay and offers all the necessary amenities for a couples retreat, family holiday, work trip, or social gathering with friends.

This property features a fresh and modern, well-equipped kitchen, a full bathroom and open plan living area. This beautiful accommodation can comfortably sleep up to 5 guests. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, bedroom 2 1 x single bed and bedroom 3 a queen bed.

A private and fully fenced outdoor entertaining area with a BBQ, outdoor fireplace and plenty of room for the kids to play provides an ideal space for a relaxing getaway.

Combine this property with the 2-bedroom cottage located in front, known as Kinder Cottage. An excellent choice for families holidaying together, offering the perfect opportunity to retreat to their own private space for some well-deserved relaxation.

Situated in a highly desirable location, there is an abundance of activities and attractions to explore. Take a leisurely 10-minute stroll to Besley Park, where you can enjoy the outdoors and breathe in the fresh air. The park offers a pirate-themed playground, tennis courts, a community hall, and a recreation reserve. For lake lovers, Acacia Bay's North Beach Reserve is just a quick 3-minute drive (1.5km) down Acacia Bay Road. Here, you'll have access to public BBQ facilities, a pontoon, a jetty, and a safe swimming area. If you're bringing a boat, the Acacia Bay South Boat ramp is conveniently located only a 4-minute drive away. Alternatively, you can simply cross the road to the Acacia Bay shopping centre, where you'll find a convenience store, a garden centre, and The Bay Bar and Brasserie for your dining pleasure.

Taupo's town centre is 6-minute drive where you will be close to all of the best restaurants, cafe's, shops and attractions that Taupo has to offer.

Bedding configuration is: 1 x king, 1 x queen and 1 x single.

Parking: 2 x off street parking. The garage is locked and not available for guest use.

STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. The house must be left tidy. Dishes must be washed, dried and put away before departure. All rubbish must be neatly bagged. The BBQ must be left clean.

No smoking and no pets allowed.
