Sitting within “The Elliott”, this stunning apartment offers lift access, secure parking and a common rooftop garden with incredible 360-degree panoramas of the city, river and mountains. Relax indoors with the living area housing ample seating for four and a flat-screen TV catering to your evening entertainment. Head outside through glass sliders to access the extensive private terrace complete with a six-seater outdoor dining table, or take the lift up to the shared rooftop where you’ll find a beautifully landscaped garden with seating plus a barbecue. Sit here to take in vistas of the cityscape, Mount Wellington and the majestic Derwent River as well as mesmerising sunsets and a patchwork of twinkling lights.
