Nestled just 500 metres from Cape Paterson's patrolled surf beach, our original beach house is the ideal getaway for families and small groups seeking a memorable coastal retreat. With its stylish decor, modern amenities, alfresco back deck, BBQ and fully-equipped kitchen, your stay promises cherished memories and endless seaside fun.

LIVING SPACES
The main living area features an open-plan design, with a cozy wood fireplace for those cooler evenings and reverse cycle air conditioning for comfort during the warmer months. The well-equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze, and the dining area is perfect for family gatherings. Sliding doors lead to the outdoor dining space, complete with a BBQ where you can savour alfresco meals or drinks amidst the agonis and gum trees in the backyard (keep an eye out for our regular koala visitor!).

BEDROOMS
Our house sleeps up to 8 guests in two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a luxurious queen-sized bed and ample storage space. The second bedroom is perfect for kids or friends, featuring two single-over-double bunk beds (i.e. four beds sleeping up to six people). Both bedrooms have built-in fans for summer comfort.

AMENITIES
We have amenities for all ages including unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, espresso coffee machine, large smart TV, board games and books, Samsung Soundbar and spacious front and back yards. A park and children's playground is just 400m up the road too.

Bed linen, tea towels, hand towel and bath mat are provided.
***PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BATH AND BEACH TOWELS.***

BABY ITEMS
A baby change table, collapsible bathtub and high chair are stored under the master bed for young families. Cot and baby linen are not included.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests can self-check in via a keysafe and have access to the entire house, with the exception of one bedroom which is locked for private use (not while guests are present - you will have exclusive use of the property for your stay).
