The property is approx 3 minutes driving, 25 minutes walking and 8 minutes bike riding distance to Seaspray town and beach. Amazing views from rear of property.

'Sea Stay' house is on 1 acre, location is close enough to enjoy 90 mile beach but also for someone who loves to be far enough from the town and have space for children to run freely.
