Just a heads up that building management now requires a copy of guests' IDs so we will be asking for a photo copy of your ID via Airbnb to present to them.
Parking is available for stays over 14 days only per building management, please check with me before booking. It doest not fit a large SUV or a truck.
Dishwasher is currently out of order
** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
