Located in Newtown, this single-level villa is only a short walk to Skilled Stadium as well as the shops, cafes & hotels on vibrant Pakington Street. Do laps in the nearby Kardinia Aquatic Centre whilst the kids play in the numerous pools. This property has two Bedrooms, a shared bathroom and is fitted with all the essentials such as Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker & a stunning outdoor courtyard complete with outdoor dining. This is the perfect stay for events & exploring greater Geelong.

Enjoy some great walking tracks along the Barwon River which wraps around Newtown. There are hundreds of beautiful Victorian and Edwardian houses, and several historic mansions, including Barwon Grange, west of the river and the Heights heritage house and gardens. Skilled Stadium and the Kardinia Aquatic Centre are within 5 minutes walk. This townhouse is only a short walk to the shops, cafes & pubs on vibrant Pakington Street.
Getting Around:
Centrally located, Villa on Clarke is a 10 minute walk to Skilled Stadium. It's an easy short walk to all the boutiques, cafes and hotels in nearby Pakington Street. A little further is the beautiful Barwon River walking trail. Geelong train station is a 5 minute taxi ride as it the Tullamarine airport Gull bus terminal. Discover the Geelong CBD within a 20 minute walk.
