2/10 Terrible

Extremely disgusting property.
Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Properties management extremely poor. Cleaning standards poor. Rotting shell fish and crab shells in compost. Bins were over flowing outside Dog faeces in the rear yard. We had no dog. Hall way smells like urine. Beds are awful and very old. Rat sack in the kids room down stairs that was easily accessible. Pin in their draws. A pill/tablet found in the couch cusions. Food and filthy behind all couch cushions not cleaned properly. Nails in the decking upstairs and downstairs sticking up. The house is not safe. That's all we wanted a safe and clean place but this home was disgusting. And when I called for the rotting shell fish smell and dog faeces and bins to be attended to the woman said there's probably not a lot they can do. There was also a note of the chest freezer saying "sorry for the bait smell" and there was bait blood inside. The fridge upstairs was also dirty. The cleaner that attended was appalled with the smell and couldn't remove it because of how disgusting it was so she put in a maintenance request and this wasn't attended to for 3 days. When I emailed the property management about all the issues they still have not responded. Do not stay here and waste your money. Plenty of other places managed in a higher standard.

Sufficient for our needs
Adequate for our multi-generational needs. However house is well used and showing signs of age. Some maintenance much needed. Good escape for those on a budget.
