Very large and bright second floor 2 bedroom unit in a quiet area of the Glades Golf and Country Club. Located adjacent to the library with a view from a large screened in lanai overlooking the pool. This is a personal use condo and is fully furnished with a well-equipped kitchen. Master bedroom has a king bed and the guest room has 2 twin beds. Unit is equipped with 3 flat screen TVs, 2 HD cable boxes, WiFi and full size washer/dryer. No smokers, no pets.
All renters must complete a Glades Golf and Country Club Application (HOA), a lease and be approved by the HOA prior to any rental.
