Lovely spot

Great place for family or friends. We really enjoyed our weekend away here. The host was so kind, attentive and had someone onsite to assist as needed. Nice couch, cozy living room, clean, bright, good location.

Perfect location!

This property is close to all the beautiful views, parks & everything water related. It’s like being near the ocean. Shops & restaurants are in walking distance. The building is impeccable & the condo has plenty of room.

Great place. Great location. Loved walking to the lake Michigan sunrises 4 minutes away. So glad we did not stay at American Club. Only 8 minutes away. Close to all golf but half the price.

Great place to stay

A really lovely place to stay within walking distance of the rather lovely downtown with great restaurants and the beautiful pier area. Property was really well set out and incredibly comfy. The balcony did have distant views of the lake although it overlooked a rather busy road that led to the pier area. We knew about this before arriving so it did not spoil our stay - indeed we rather enjoyed watching the cars, trucks and bikes go past. Overall a great stay - we would come again.

Nice location

Everything was great, but only one set of keys for 5 of us. Should issue at least 2 sets. We ran out of somethings, but the manager ran it over to us. We would definitely rent this again.

Great Place

Condo was clean, large and seemed pretty new. The master bed was very comfy. The location is great- a walk to the beach and the river is right there with a few places to eat. I would recommend that the owner provide two sets of keys as IT WAS VERY INCONVENIENT to only have one set for a family of 5 adults. We called and asked for another but they said this was not possible. We had to significantly modify our plans as we were there for a family wedding. Also it would be a good idea to provide a few beach chairs as my sister stayed in the same building and their unit had them for the beach. Other than that I would recommend this place without any concerns. It’s a beautiful condo!!

CONDO IN NORTH PIER

Condo is great! Seems new -very spacious, clean and cute. location is amazing, loved walking the river walk to the lake! would get coffee in the morning and loved walking the loop. loved the balcony and the furniture on the balcony is very nice. condo is not on the river it is street side but was extra nice to sit out with family. building in general super nice and secure. parking is good with 2 passes.Would definitely stay again but would definitely recommend the following....the key instructions were not accurate, but the management company was there in 2 minutes to help up get in. have a feeling we were one of the first renters. condo needs way more kitchen accessories. need larger pots and pans and cooking utensils. also, would like more dishes and coffee mugs, just not enough kitchen items for cooking. Last mattress was comfortable however, need new pillows, linens and towels. this condo is so nice and bedding are towels lacking. i would definitely come again. condo is beautiful and well kept. these additions would just make it GREAT.

Great location but disappointed with cleanliness

The check in process was easy and the unit is very nicely decorated. The location is ideal, right on the river, providing easy access to the downtown area, beach, Blue Harbor, and pier. Unfortunately, the unit was not properly cleaned when we checked in. Some areas of the condo appeared to have been overlooked for some time. This was unexpected, given the numerous recent reviews praising its cleanliness. We found sand on the nightstand, end tables, floor, and in the shower. Additionally, there was a fingernail on the end table, significant mold on the shower head, dirty pans in the cabinet, and cereal pieces in the drawers. The floors were sticky in places, turning our socks black from walking on them. The remotes were so grimy that we resorted to covering them with baggies. The unit lacked essential supplies, with no paper towels, dish drying towels, and only two small, food-encrusted fry pans and two small knives available. However, there was no shortage of wine glasses and plates. Contacting the property manager to address these issues proved challenging. I trust that this does not reflect on the property owners, who, according to other reviews, seem to value their property highly. Unfortunately, it appears that the cleaning company they have hired does not uphold the same standard of excellence. If I had the option, I would have cancelled my stay and booked someplace else because we were so grossed out. I spent 2 hours of my vacation trying to clean.

Sheboygan Condo Rental

Nice, clean place. Good location. BUT, the second bedroom is set up for children and the beds were not made. We had to search for sheets and make them ourselves. The perfume smell on all the bedding was super heavy - so bad we had to wash one of the comforters. Not sure what the origin of that was but it was too much. There were no paper towels nor Kleenexes anywhere in the condo. There were no dishtowels. That is weird. We notified the owner about these things and did not receive a reply. The pillows were the worst. Flat, no loft, completely uncomfortable. Kuereg coffee maker had only decaf and hazelnut coffee. We had some issues with the TV (they had three remotes), which the owner helped resolve. That was nice. Overall a mixed experience that could have easily been made better. If the get fixed we'd consider coming again next October for the annual event we were in town for.
