HURRICANE UPDATE: We’re thrilled to share that our beautiful beach community is well on the road to recovery and we are happy to be welcoming back guests! The beaches are open and fully accessible as well as most of all restaurants and shops! Until further notice, the elevator is currently under construction and not operational at this time. However, repairs are underway and are hoping to be up and running soon! We are currently offering a discount for the elevator being down. Please call for details!

This very spacious and newly renovated 3 bedroom/2 bath condominium is the perfect getaway to catch up on rest, relaxation and much needed together time! The view will mesmerize you from the moment you enter. With a large, Gulf front balcony and open and airy floor plan, this beach home is the perfect gathering place to enjoy everything that our beach area has to offer!
From the new stainless appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen to the extremely comfortable (and able to seat everyone!) living room, enjoy the open concept living area. With everything you need to prepare a chef inspired meal for the family or a more intimate dinner al fresco, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, this kitchen truly comes fully equipped! After dinner, enjoy family "Netflix" movie nights on the big screen television in the living room. Enjoy the ease of using the washer and dryer located in the unit.
The master suite has a king sized bed, ensuite bathroom w/walk-in shower and...a fabulous view of the Gulf of Mexico! Enjoy the view and sounds of beach life while lounging in comfort.
The second bedroom has a king bed as well, making this the perfect vacation home for two couples looking to share costs or, having family visit during your stay.
The third bedroom is equipped with a twin over queen bunk bed, giving you additional sleeping space for all!
Want to venture out? Play miniature golf at Smuggler's Cove and feed the alligators in between putts! Indian Shores Coffee Company is just a short walk away as well as the world famous Salt Rock Grill! So many choices of things to do in the area….What are you going to do?
