Located by the entrance to the East Rocks neighborhood, "Sooner Beach Escape" offers quick and easy access to the beach, allowing you to enjoy the soft sands and gentle waves at a moment's notice. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or an active beachside adventure, this home provides the perfect setting for unforgettable memories.

Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 2 King bed, 1 Queen bed (sleeps 6), free WIFI with TV streaming devices, heated pool, large enclosed lanai, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill, garage parking. Pets considered (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the City of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

Relaxing, restful time

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was clean, as pictures depicted, easy walk to beach, had umbrella and beach chairs. Pool was clean and heated. House is stocked with all kitchen supplies that a you need to cook, beach towels. loved that we could ride bikes to Doc Fords and mexican restaurant. We called for additional pillow cases and they were brought so quickly. Downside: rodent issues outside, lanai had screens chewed thru and rat droppings around area. pool deck is granulating and hard on feet-I am sure due to Ian. The garage is a safety hazard with a lot of construction material. Brock maintenance man was wonderful an asset to your organizationOverall we are super happy and would return in a heartbeat.
