Places of interest include the prestigious École nationale supérieure des Beaux-Arts, the eponymous Luxembourg Palace and Gardens, and Café de Flore and Café Procope that are two of the oldest coffeehouses in Paris. A part of the Latin Quarter is located here in Luxembourg.

The formal dining room has a decorate ornate fireplace and a spacious dining table that can seat up to six guests. The kitchen has all the modern appliances to cook many lovely meals and the living room is equipped with a large flat smart TV and a comfortable sofa.
