- We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time.
- Early check-in can be requested.

CHECK-OUT TIME
- Check-out is 10 am.
- Late check-out can be requested.

GUESTS
- Guests have to fill out the check-in form and supply their ID at least 24 hrs before the check-in.
- Please do not book on behalf of other people.
- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.

RULES

- No parties.
- Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight.
- Quiet time: 9pm to 8am.

PARKING
-This apartment does not come with a parking bay. However, parking can be arranged by contacting our host when you make your booking, there is a fee of $15 per night. It is subject to availability. (Vertical Clearance: 2 meters)
