Petite Retreat by Green Mountain - Cozy Byrd Nest

Summary:
Experience living in a compact yet cozy space! Our tiny house has one bedroom/one bathroom and can accommodate up to three guests. We also have a fully equipped kitchen for preparing any meals. Conveniently located 20 minutes from downtown, Redstone Arsenal, the US Space & Rocket Center, and 10 minutes from Belvins Gap Nature Preserve with beautiful hiking. This is the perfect escape!

The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door into the open-concept space. Once you step inside, you'll find a well-appointed kitchen ready for you to prepare meals throughout your stay and a living room which has a SmartTV for entertainment and a comfortable futon.
Head down the hallway to the bathroom with a shower and the cozy bedroom with a queen-sized bed.
Stepping outside, our charming patio with outdoor furniture and a Roku TV which is a perfect spot to relax and for outdoor enjoyment!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is in Sanctuary at Green Mountain, a community of tiny homes with lovely views. We have easy access to major highways and interstates. We are also near adventure and nature parks like Goldsmith Schiffman, Madison County Nature Trail, J.D. & Annie S. Hays Nature Preserve, and more! Only a 9-minute drive to Walmart Supercenter!

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
